1. What would be the lead time for me to place my orders to make it in time for my preferred delivery?

2. How would I know whether my order is in process and how can I check on the delivery status?
- All orders placed online will receive an “In Process” acknowledgement.
- All confirmed orders will receive an “Order Confirmed” acknowledgement indicating that the order is processed
- You may also track your order by logging onto the website with your email address and password.
3. Will there any additional surcharge for delivery?
- We provide free delivery service for single bottle purchase above SGD 80 to a single location on mainland Singapore and only charge a nominal fee of SGD 10 (w/GST $10.70) if the order is lesser than that.
- For gifts sending to islands (example: Sentosa) and some remote part of the mainland Singapore (example: Ama Keng Road), we will impose a higher delivery surcharge.
4. What are the payment modes accepted for Internet orders?
- Direct Debit with eNETS:
You may choose to make your payment via eNETS if you have an internet banking account with DBS, UOB or Citibank account. Simply select the payment mode and follow the prompts to make your purchase. You will be re-directed back to ABCofWines.com.sg to complete your transaction upon confirmation of successful payment.
- Credit Card/ Debit Card:
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. For your convenience, we also accept payment via debit cards. Kindly enter the card information together with the verification code to make payment. Please be assured that the card information are collected are encrypted and transferred under a secure server.
- Have a Customer Service Officer to call up for card details.
Alternatively, you may choose to request for a customer service officer to contact you for the card details instead.
5. What if there is a change of the particulars for my orders?
- Any changes to the orders must be made within 24 hours before delivery.
- Address stated on the order form must be correct and to ensure that someone is there to receive the gift. In cases of re-send, we will charge a touch up and re-delivery fee of not more than 50% of the original selling price.
6. What if I changed my mind about my order and decided to cancel it?
- Cancellation of order must be made 24 hours in advance before the delivery time. Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable.
- In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply.
7. Must I sign up as a member to make my purchases online?
- You do not need to sign up as a member to make your purchases. Once you make your first purchase online, you will be automatically enrolled as a member. Customer information is not sold to or shared with any other parties without prior consent of our customers. Besides, there will be privileges waiting for you when you sign up an ABCofWines member.
8. Is this a secure page to key in my credit card details?
- We are awarded the VeriSign seal as we adhere to the Code of Practice set by Commercenet Singapore Ltd to promote good business practices. And also, the payment page is an encrypted page that would ensure security in the privacy of our customers’ details or particulars.
